When searching by last name you can enter the complete name or do a wild card search - enter the first few letters of the name followed by an *. A wild card search returns a list of all the names beginning with the letters you entered.

Use the down arrow on the Select Enrollee field to display a list of names matching the search criteria.

Dependent names are listed under the corresponding employee.
