In Employer eServices there are three different types of groups/policy numbers.
Please select your group by clicking the button that represents your group/policy number.
 

 

A.

Those with three (3) characters and five (5) digits.

 

B.

Those with six (6) characters (may be all digits or may include some alpha characters). Used with contracts with 150 or fewer employees.

 

C.

Those with six (6) or more digits. Used with contracts with more than 150 employees.
